This sign-up sheet is run by volunteers of the Eagle Mountain West Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints so families can host the full-time missionaries.

What we collect

Your family name and mobile phone number, and the time you sign up for. Your family name is shown next to the booked time. Your phone number is never shown on the page.

How we use it

Only to schedule the visit and, if you check a reminder box, to text you about that visit. We do not sell or share your phone number or text-messaging opt-in with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our text provider (Twilio) handles messages only to deliver them.

Text messages

Texts are sent only if you check a reminder box on the sign-up form. You will receive up to 2 messages per visit (1 day before and 1 hour before). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help.

Keeping and removing your information

Bookings are kept for the length of the sign-up schedule. To have your information removed, cancel with the private link on your confirmation page or contact the person below.
